Blake Bittle, RDN (she/her), is a weight-inclusive, HAES (Health At Every Size) registered dietitian-nutritionist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at West Chester University of Pennsylvania before completing her dietetic internship. Before joining BALANCE, Blake provided medical nutrition therapy and group education at the New York State Psychiatric Institute, an in-patient hospital affiliated with Columbia University Medical Center.

Blake strives to create a safe and inclusive environment for all clients by holding a curiosity for lived experience and prioritizing a collaborative counseling approach. She combines her knowledge of nutrition science with an awareness of the intersections of societal oppression, diet culture, and weight stigma to provide holistic, healing care. Blake’s work is informed by her own experience as a neurodivergent provider, and she is passionate about providing affirming care to the neurodivergent population. She is trauma-informed and hopes to support her clients in returning to their body’s wisdom. Blake has experience working at residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of eating disorder care.
