We are pleased to announce we've been awarded accreditations as a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Mental Health Clinic, and Licensed Telehealth Facility.
Obtaining our New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) licensures has been a part of our goal to make our distinguished care even more accessible.
As one of the few privately owned and operated eating disorder clinics by a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) in the country, BALANCE eating disorder treatment center™ offers unparalleled care. And now, as a private pay facility with OMH licensures, BALANCE truly stands in a league of its own.
By protecting BALANCE eating disorder treatment center™'s autonomy as a privately owned facility, our internationally recognized founder Melainie Rogers is able to pioneer a new level of eating disorder treatment.
Our status as an independent facility means that recovery at BALANCE is based on clinical recommendations rather than the helm of insurance, which often leaves clients receiving inadequate and limited care.
Now, as an OMH licensed facility, BALANCE eating disorder treatment center™ clients can receive up to 80% insurance reimbursement via out-of-network benefits.
