Shervin Shadianloo, M.D.  is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Zucker School of Medicine Hofstra/Northwell and a double Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist. He completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Zucker School of Medicine Hofstra/Northwell. He works and teaches at Northwell Health system with a focus on Transgender care and Eating disorders. He also has a private practice in Manhattan.

Dr. Shadianloo has extensive international working experience and is culturally diverse in treating patients from various backgrounds.  He is an active advocate for youth mental health and LGBTQ health nationally and globally. He chairs and is a member of several committees in New York City, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Advocacy, Children’s mental health and Sexual Orientation, and Gender Identity Issues.
