What is Intuitive Eating?

Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach (meaning the focus is not on weight, a specific diet or numbers) that helps you get back in touch with your natural internal hunger and fullness cues and cravings.

Benefits of Intuitive Eating?

Intuitive Eating is helpful for those recovering from a disordered relationship with food and their body including those struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, emotional eating.

Goals

At the conclusion of this 5-part webinar series, you will be familiar with the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating including rejecting the diet mentality, making peace with food, challenging the food police, coping with emotions without using food & respecting your body. The goal is understanding   problematic thoughts and behaviors regarding food and your body that impact your life and discovering freedom from diet culture and a healthier relationship with food and your body.
